Cementitious grout is a composite material generally consisting of water, cement, and sand. It is typically used for filling voids under machines or other structural elements. It can be mixed on site, or purchased as a proprietary pre-bagged material.
CRS personnel are competent in the grouting of voids and have experience in grouting jet-engine test pads, under printing press machinery and dynamic load grouting covering a myriad of base plate applications.
In some extreme environments you can greatly extend the life of concrete structures by enhancing the durability of the concrete with a protective coating. This could be the difference between your structure lasting 30 years or having to be completely replaced at great expense after 5, or less years. Extreme environments could be caused from naturally occurring aggressive substances, e.g. in waste water treatment plants, or in chemical and industrial plants where the acidic nature of the environment would be hugely detrimental for the life of the concrete. Here anti-carbonation coatings or the application of corrosion inhibitors such as MCI may be suitable to extend the service life of the concrete. For concrete subject to heavy traffic, especially by heavy vehicles, epoxy and engineering coatings may be your solution. Whatever the environment, CRS will be able to advise and install an effective solution.

CRS has been running for over 30 years and in this time has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with a myriad of concrete repairs.
We have to look at each project individually but generally for the application of waterproof coatings and the sealing of service penetrations we would offer a 10 year guarantee.
For most projects we would insist on visiting site and having a walk round with the customer so we get a full understanding of the requirements and the physical condition of the items we will repair.
