Unfortunately, concrete placement is not an exact science and issues can be caused by poor compaction, placement during inclement weather and poor design to name just a few reasons. Typically the weak spots that will be susceptible to leaks will be the service penetrations & construction joints. CRS have over 35 years experience in sealing leaks through these areas.
Movement joints, sometimes referred to as expansion joints, our critical elements within concrete structures that expect a degree of movement during their life. CRS have experience in installing a myriad of movement joints dependent of the expected movement of the concrete structures both horizontally and vertically.
There are times when an engineer may have concerns due to the concrete not reaching its required strength or the reinforcement not having the specified cover. In these cases we have sometimes been asked to replace certain sections of concrete (including replacing the steel reinforcement) or to provide extra reinforcement protection against corrosion to bring the structure back to its intended state and extend the life of the building.

CRS has been running for over 30 years and in this time has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with a myriad of concrete repairs.
We have to look at each project individually but generally for the application of waterproof coatings and the sealing of service penetrations we would offer a 10 year guarantee.
For most projects we would insist on visiting site and having a walk round with the customer so we get a full understanding of the requirements and the physical condition of the items we will repair.
